Shipping
All products purchased in our E-shop are being shipped from the Czech Republic (EU), customs charges may apply for shipments to countries outside of the European Union.
Orders within the EU
Orders delivered within the European Union or the EEA (European Economic Area) always include VAT of the Czech Republic. Except for cases where the Buyer (VAT payer in the country of his/her/its registered office) provides us with information on its VAT registration including the applicable EU VAT number. You will see the VAT amount on the invoice.
Orders outside EU
For packages outside of the European Union, Value Added Tax (VAT) is not charged. Please be aware that the import taxes, customs and other taxes and fees are paid by the customer. The customs clearance process has to be done on the customer's side (DAP incoterms).
LabIR® Paints shipment
Please be aware that according to international transportation rules, thermographic paints have to be sent as dangerous goods (UN1950 AEROSOLS, flammable, CLASS 2.1, LTD QTY) so there is an extra shipping fee.

Payment
PAYMENT TERMS
All Purchase Orders (POs) are subject to approval.
The customer pays before shipping the product.
Advance payment is required. You will get an e-mail with order acceptance and payment details which will include instructions for wire transfer.
We accept POs with Net 30 payment terms only if you are ordering an infrared camera TIMI EDU for a school.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS
The only payment method is bank transfer.
You will get an e-mail with order acceptance and payment details which will include instructions for wire transfer. Please, include the order number either in the variable code for quick payment matching.
All international transfers must be made with OUR instruction. The only exception is EU payment in EUR which can be made with SHA instruction.
We do not accept payment by credit cards or checks. Thank you for your understanding.
FAQ
DO YOU HAVE A RESELLER IN THE US OR ASIA?
Not at the moment. However, we are searching for distributors in the US, East Asia, South Asia, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

COULD YOU SEND YOUR PRODUCTS TO MY COUNTRY?
We are not allowed to send our products to certain countries such as for example Russia, Iran, Syria or the Republic of Korea. We will inform you about our transportation possibilities to your country once we receive your demand. Thank you for your understanding.
HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR DELIVERY?
Once your order is placed and processed, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time and send you a tracking number of the package with your ordered products.
The estimated delivery time is about 5 (EU) - 10 (outside EU) working days from the receipt of the payment.
If your order contains an infrared camera TIMI EDU, it will be added to the manufacturing queue and we will inform you about the possible delivery date as soon as possible.
COULD I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
We do not accept payment by credit cards or checks. The only possible payment option is bank transfer for now. Thank you for your understanding.
