TIMI CREATION s.r.o. is a start-up based in Pilsen, Czech republic. The company was founded in 2020 by six employees of the New technologies - Research centre (NTC) of the University of West Bohemia in order to sell developed products.
Researchers of the NTC developed special paints for exact results of non-contact temperature measurement which are sold under the brand LabIR®.
In 2019 the team started with development of an infrared camera designed for schools to support innovative polytechnic education. The final product is an infrared camera TIMI EDU which is especially popular with teachers and other enthusiasts for IR measurement.
Researchers from the research centre NTC of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen have many years of experience in research and development of infrared technologies, and in many aspects, belong to the leaders in this topic. The team of Jan Šroub decided to use their experience to produce a unique IR camera designed for schools.
